If a new version of any of Burningbulb's server software comes out do you upgrade?
We have our system admin's look into the software and test it on a non-live server to see if it causes any problems with security. Once our system admin believes it is safe to apply to the servers then we will upgrade the servers

Does your Apache server have suExec?
No, it does not.

Am I able to alter configuration files for Apache?
No. This can cause severe server problem and is completely prohibited. If a server goes down because of this type of tampering the responsible party will be billed the hourly rate of $200.00 until repairs have been completed.

How do I find the absolute paths for Perl, Sendmail, etc?
You can find the absolute paths for these programs by searching your Control Panle's file manager.

Do you allow wildcards?
No, I'm sorry but at this time, we do not allow Wildcards at all. Wildcards are turned off on our system. No exceptions.

Server Operating Systems: Red Hat Linux 7 3
