I
forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your control panel password please open a support
ticket and request that your welcome letter be resent. For security purposes
your login information will only be sent to the email address specified
on your account. If you do not know your support ticket login or password
please email help@websiteworker.com
and request your password information be resent.

If you have forgotten your control panel login ID please open a support
ticket and request that your welcome letter be resent. For security purposes

How
can I change my control panel password?
To change your control panel password login to your account's control
panel and click on the "change password" icon. Then follow the
on screen instructions to change your control panel password. Please note
your tech support password and your control panel password are different.
Changing one password will not change the other password.
I've
got more than one domain. How can I set the default?
Your default domain name will always be the domain you specified when
first creating your account. All other parked domains or associated domains
cannot be set as your accounts default domain. To change your accounts
default domain you would need to setup a new account.
How
do I change my contact information?
To change your contact information login to your accounts control panel
and click on the "Account Management" icon. At the bottom of
the screen select "Edit Personal Information."
How
can I find out about recent updates on the Burningbulb servers?
All updates or changes made to the Burningbulb servers will be listed
in the support section of the Burningbulb.net site under Additonal Resources.
How
can I change my billing method or update my billing information?
To change your billing information login to your account's control panel
and click on the "Account Management" icon. At the bottom of
the screen select "Edit Billing Information"
Can
I change my billing cycle?
Yes. You can change the number of months @included in your billing cycle.
Burningbulb can bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. For
more information on changing your billing cycle please contact Burningbulb
Customer Service.
I
need a statement for my account. How can I get this?
To view your billing history login to your accounts control panel and
click on the "billing history" icon. If you would like to receive
a copy of your most recent invoice open a tech support ticket or contact
Burningbulb Customer Service.

Can
I change my hosting plan?
Yes. At any point during your hosting cycle you can change the type of
hosting plan you have. All changes will be pro-rated after the change
has been made. To upgrade your current hosting package login to your control
panel and click on the "Upgrade CP" icon. Select the desired
package or additional features you would like to add to your account and
follow the on screen instructions. You may also take advantage of listed
specials which are being offered at the time of your upgrade.
Account down-grades may also be performed. To downgrade your account please
open a tech support ticket or contact Burningbulb Customer Service..
A $10.00 down-grade fee will apply.
Who
do I contact if I have questions about my bill?
For questions about your bill please contact the Burningbulb Billing Department.
I
would like to register a new domain. How do I do this?
If the new domain you would like to register will not be related to a
current hosting account you have with Burningbulb you can register it
through the Domain Name section of the Burningbulb.net website. After
registration you will be able to manage your new domain using the Burningbulb.net
website.
If you would like to register a new domain that will be related to a current
hosting package you have with Burningbulb (i.e. domain parking, reseller)
please login to your control panel and click on the "add domain"
button. Follow the on screen instructions.
I'd
like to set up a new domain. How can I do this?
If the new domain you would like to register will not be related to a
current hosting account you have with Burningbulb you can register it
through the Domain Name section of the Burningbulb.net website. After
registration you will be able to manage your new domain using the Burningbulb.net
website.
If you would like to register a new domain that will be related to a current
hosting package you have with Burningbulb (i.e. domain parking, reseller)
please login to your control panel and click on the "add domain"
button. Follow the on screen instructions.
How
can I get phone support?
Burningbulb phone support is only offered to Burningbulb clients who have
been assigned a ticket number and have already created a support ticket
via Burningbulb's online technical support system. If you have not yet
created a support ticket please do so now. If you have already been assigned
a ticket number and been instructed by level one support to call please
do so. Burningbulb's toll free technical support number is: 1-877-257-2852
extension 202.
