Unlike other providers who claim to offer an uptime guarantee, we offer a true uptime guarantee policy with compensation for failure. While most hosting companies have vague to no information on monitoring information, calcuation on their uptime statistics, and possible compensation, we spell out our responsibilities for our clients with respect to uptime.

Our Servers Never Sleep

With our 99.5% guaranteed uptime month after month, your website will at most be unavailable 3 hours and 36 minutes. Our clients understand that a 0.5% margin for error and network upgrades is quite reasonable.


Compensation for failure.

A guarantee is only as good as the issuer. Some providers guarantee the uptime, but offer no compensation for failure. Because we can stand behind our guarantee, we provide our clients with no charge for the month in which we fail to meet our 99.5% uptime guarantee. Simply put, if a client hosted on one of our virtual servers registers less than 99.5% for the month, then at the end of the month the client will receive 1 month of full credit for their service.
